I have gained over 12 years experience working in various roles across the HR industry, including HR administrator and advisor, employee experience manager and communication and engagement manager. I am CIPD Associate qualified and  support businesses with ensuring their HR policies and procedures are legal and fair whilst supporting business growth.

Having worked for a leading UK retail giant  I understand the fast pace and varied nature of business growth and will be there to support you with the ‘back office’ to ensure it runs smoothly and is one thing of your to do list. 

My particular passion is about implementing a full suite of support that drives a positive, engaging, people focused workplace culture. I firmly believe that employees are the key to business success or failure and will work incredibly hard to ensure that your business has a team of highly engaged people.
